1. Billing
- Paid plans — Basic, Pro and Ultimate — are billed in US Dollars, on a monthly or annual cycle depending on what you select at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Payment is processed by Stripe, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. Whichever handled your transaction is what appears on your bank or card statement.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@faceshapesai.com.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not end your current billing period early. You keep access to your plan’s features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
3. Refunds
Credits and paid features are made available immediately on payment, so we do not offer refunds once a billing period has started. This applies whether or not you have used your credits.
The one exception is a genuine billing error on our side — for example being charged twice for the same period. If you believe that has happened, email support@faceshapesai.com within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund if the error is confirmed.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, processed by whichever of Stripe, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy handled the original transaction. Timing depends on that processor and your bank, typically 5 to 10 business days.
Nothing here limits any refund right you have that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.
4. Free Trials
Paid plans do not include a separate free trial. Every plan is charged at checkout for the cycle you select.
